- A fully customizable Web presence that acts as the access point for all iHealth services including award-winning patient education content.
- A standards-based, secure Personal Health Record (PHR) available at any time via the Internet, controlled by the patient and interoperable with HER, health plan, pharmacy and other systems.
- A secure HIPAA compliant service for patients to share their personal health information and communicate online with their provider's office via Secure Messaging.
- A secure vehicle to deliver patient-specific education programs care management messages and automated FDA warnings and recalls to consumers on the iHealth Network.
- An online registration process for outpatient and inpatient settings-eliminating the medical clipboard.
