What is the subscription cost for a Medem Web site and iHealth services? |
| A. |
The annual subscription fee is $595/physician per year (society/partner discounts may apply); extremely modest when compared to other Web hosting and Internet services. For less than $50/month, you can secure a robust offering of tools that benefit your practice and patients, including a hosted practice Web site integrated with Google Health, secure messaging, the industry leading iHealthRecord PHR, award winning medical library and adherence programs, reimbursable ePrescribing functionality, and access to our award-winning Medical Library. |

Are discounts available for iHealth? |

While some society and partner discounts may apply, all current subscribers are eligible to receive an additional $100 referral bonus for each colleague referred to iHealth which results in a new subscription. Refer just six colleagues and your annual subscription to iHealth is free! Please note: $100 referral bonuses are processed upon payment of new subscriptions, and only applicable for new physician sites. Discounts are applicable at time of renewal. |

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

What happens if I do not pay the subscription charge? |

Subscription nonpayment will result in the automatic termination of your practice Web site and prevent access to iHealth, depriving your patients the benefit of these services. |

If I don't pay the bill, will I be sent to collections? |

While we are sorry to lose any of our valued customers, please remember that unpaid bills will result in automatic service termination. Medem does not send unpaid subscriptions to collection. For billing questions, please contact our Client Services team at (877) 926-3336 or info@medem.com. |

What do I need to do to cancel my subscription? |
| A. |
Please provide Medem with your invoice number, account number, Web address and first and last names. Although we are sorry to lose any of our valued customers, and encourage you to reconsider, Medem processes cancellation requests immediately.
