These services were created to strengthen your relationship with your physician and improve your care, while saving you time and money. Ask your doctor if these time and money saving services are right for you.

Secure Messaging allows you to communicate with your physician and his/her practice staff online to make requests for appointments and prescription renewals and to get your general administrative questions answered. An Online Consultation (OC) is a clinical consultation (or answer to a medical question/concern) exchanged by you and your physician online using Medem's Secure Messaging service. A standard fee for online consultations is established by your physician and posted on the service, so you know going in what the consultation will cost. Payment is made online with a credit card. Online Consultation is only for routine, non-emergency questions that do not require a physical exam. View the FAQ for additional information.

How to Get Started

If ...

• Your physician is on the Medem Network and you know his/her Web site address (URL), then visit the Web site and log in or register as a New User to take advantage of any additional Medem services offered by the practice
• You do not know whether your physician is on the Medem Network, or do not know his/her Web site address (URL), then first search for him/her on the Medem Physician Finder
• Your provider is not on the Medem Network or doesn't offer Online Consultation and you would like him/her to offer these services, then let us contact him/her to explain the benefits of OC
