Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Create test plans, test cases, and participate in user acceptance testing to insure the highest quality products are released to production.
• Work closely with business users and the project team to analyze business requirements in order to create project test scenarios.
• Participate in business requirements gathering and other documentation reviews to extract test scenarios.
• Coordinate with the project and development teams to drive product quality.
• Resource planning and allocation for QA related activities.

• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Software Quality.
• 2+ years experience in a Lead role in software quality assurance.
• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to write SQL queries beyond just select statements.
• Good understanding of web specifics such as JavaScript, browser specific behavior, HTTP basics, CSS, URL parsing, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices for the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with stress testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related.

• Knowledge of some source control like CVS.
