Project and Operations Manager

We are currently searching for Project and Operations Manager to join our team in downtown San Francisco. The successful candidate will work with members of a cross functional team to manage projects and operational processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full scope of Project Management activities for a delivery of brand new software products and services.
- Hands-on involvement in software requirements gathering and definition of business processes and standard operating procedures.
- Establishing and running technology-heavy operational components of the new product and services.
- Hands-on involvement in operations and relationship building with partners, vendors and third party service providers.
- Minimum 5 years experience as an individual contributor in the software industry
- Minimum 3 years experience as a project management in the software industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in requirements gathering and business process definition
- Proven track record of delivery software projects on time and on budget
- History of success in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environment with little supervision
- Superb interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- BA or BS from an accredited college or university
- Experience in working in ASP environment
- Formal education in project management, PMP certification a strong plus.
- Computer Science degree a strong plus.
- Experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience with email and mail campaign management.
- Even tempered disposition with ability to change gears quickly and accommodate shifts in priority as needed
- Detail oriented, methodical, process-oriented with proven ability to follow processes in fast-paced / start up environment.
- Team player with get-it-done attitude who strives for perfection and performs well under pressure.
- Small company / start up mentality with appreciation for the benefits of structure.
- Ability to work well with a team of people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
